- By Road from Delhi: ~320 km — take NH 9 to Moradabad, then NH 30 to Haldwani-Bhowali

🧳 What to Bring
- Simple, modest clothing — no shorts, sleeveless, or revealing garments
- A shawl or stole for entering inner temple areas (women: cover head)
- Flowers — marigold garlands are traditional offerings for the temple
- Copy of Hanuman Chalisa for group recitation
- Comfortable walking shoes (you'll remove them at temple entry)
- Light jacket — mountain mornings and evenings can be cool even in summer
- Cash — ATMs are limited near the ashram; carry enough for your stay
📿 Ashram Etiquette
- Remove footwear completely before entering the temple premises
- Maintain silence and reverence inside the inner sanctum at all times
- No leather items (belts, bags, wallets) inside the main temple — leave at the gate
- Photography inside the inner temple hall may be restricted — ask the sevadars
- Accept prasad with both hands, with gratitude — never refuse prasad
- Do not point feet toward the murti or sacred objects while sitting
- Dress covers both shoulders — men should not be bare-chested inside
